Terms and Conditions

1. Who May Use Tenant Promo

Customers may register for promotions published by Limketkai Mall and its participating tenants. Staff features may be used only by authorized Limketkai personnel and authorized staff of participating tenants, using an account issued to them. You must provide complete and accurate information when using Tenant Promo.

Limketkai may refuse, cancel, or void a registration, voucher, or account, or take other appropriate action, if it finds that the information provided is false, incomplete, or misleading.

2. Promotions, Registration and Vouchers

• Each promotion has its own details, period, and terms, shown on the promotion page. Those terms apply together with these Terms.
• You must verify your email address before a voucher can be issued. Verification links are time-limited and can be used only once.
• Vouchers are subject to each promotion's limits, including the number of vouchers per customer and the quantity available. Registering does not guarantee a voucher.
• Where a promotion says its vouchers are honored while supplies last, receiving a voucher does not reserve an item; the voucher can be claimed only while the promotion's quantity remains.
• A voucher can be claimed only at the participating store or branch, within its validity period, and up to its number of uses. Keep your voucher QR code private; anyone presenting it may be able to claim it.
• Limketkai may pause a promotion; vouchers already issued remain valid under their existing terms. If a promotion is cancelled, unclaimed vouchers are either honored until they expire or voided, and you will be notified by email if your voucher is voided.

3. Staff and Tenant Accounts

• Keep your login details confidential and do not allow anyone else to use your account. You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account. If you share your login details or allow another person to use your account, you remain responsible for any action taken through your account.
• Two-factor authentication is required on every staff and tenant-user account.
• Contact Limketkai promptly within twenty-four (24) hours if you believe someone has accessed your account without permission.
• Any information you enter in Tenant Promo must be genuine, complete, and accurate.
• Limketkai may suspend or disable accounts, or sign users out of active sessions, when necessary for security or operational reasons.

4. Permissions

Staff and tenant-user access is limited to the information and functions required by the permissions granted to the account. Tenant users may act only for their own tenant and, where applicable, their assigned branches. Customer information in Tenant Promo must be kept confidential and used only to run the promotion, honor vouchers, or other authorized business purposes.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You must not:

• provide false or misleading information;
• impersonate another person or use another person's email address or account;
• use multiple or made-up email addresses, or any other method, to get around a promotion's limits;
• copy, alter, or forge vouchers or voucher QR codes;
• attempt to access accounts, information, or functions outside your assigned permissions;
• attempt to bypass, disable, test without authorization, or interfere with Tenant Promo's security controls;
• use Tenant Promo for any unlawful purpose; or
• use automated or bulk methods to register, or to access or extract information from Tenant Promo, without our authorization.

6. Monitoring & Audit Logging

Tenant Promo records significant user and system activity for security, accountability, troubleshooting, and audit purposes, including the user account or system process responsible for an action, the date and time of the action, what was done, and any relevant changes. Authorized administrators may review these records when needed for operational, security, compliance, or investigation purposes, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

Tenant Promo, including its branding, design, text, graphics, promotion artwork, and other content provided by Limketkai or participating tenants, is owned by or used with the permission of its owners. You may not copy, reproduce, or reuse this content without permission, except as required for your assigned duties.

8. Third-Party Services & Links

Tenant Promo uses third-party services to support certain features and may contain links to other websites or Limketkai systems. Links to other websites are provided for convenience only. Limketkai does not endorse and is not responsible for the content, terms, or privacy practices of any linked website.

Other websites and services may have their own terms, privacy policies, and practices. Please review those policies when using them. For a list of third-party service providers, see our Privacy Policy. Tenant Promo uses cookies as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. System Availability

Tenant Promo may be temporarily unavailable for scheduled maintenance, upgrades, or repairs, and Limketkai will provide reasonable advance notice where practicable.

10. Suspension, Termination & Voiding

Limketkai may suspend or disable an account, or refuse or void a registration or voucher, if these Terms or a promotion's terms are violated, or when necessary for legitimate security, operational, or business reasons. Where practicable, Limketkai will notify you, except where immediate action is necessary for security reasons.

Misuse of Tenant Promo may also result in action under applicable Limketkai policies, including legal action where appropriate.

If you believe an action was taken in error, you may contact Limketkai to request a review.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the proper courts of Cagayan de Oro City, to the exclusion of all other venues.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms when Tenant Promo, our processes, or applicable requirements change. If we make a material change, we will update the Effective Date above and post a prominent notice in Tenant Promo before the change takes effect.

Your continued use of Tenant Promo after the effective date of the updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. Changes do not reduce the terms of a voucher already issued to you.
